SCOUTING DENVER
Denver enters the weekend with a #8 national ranking, averaging a 196.483. The Pioneers are the third best bars team in the nation (49.350) and the fourth best beam team (49.208). Denver has been a top-20 national team in each of the final rankings since the 2013 season.

Denver returns a pair of high scoring All-Americans from the 2020 season in senior Lynnzee Brown and junior Alexis Vasquez, both of which hold top 10 national event rankings this season. The Pioneers also have a pair of freshmen in the national rankings in Rylie Mundell (bars) and Abbie Thompson (beam).

LAST MEET FOR DENVER
Last time out, Denver posted a 195.850, falling to #18 Iowa State (196.050) at home. Brown won bars and Vasquez won beam, but it wasn't enough as the Pioneers suffered their first defeat of the season.

Denver hit a 49 on just one event, as a fantastic bars rotation finished at a 49.325. Brown led the way with a 9.925, while no Pioneer score was counted below a 9.800.

SCOUTING OKLAHOMA
A near national dynasty, Oklahoma has won three out of the last four contested NCAA Championships and was ranked number one in the nation when the season was cut short due to Covid in 2020. The Sooners come into this weekend's meet ranked fifth overall, boasting a 4-0 record.

Oklahoma has 12 returners from their top ranked squad a year ago, including Anastasia Webb, Allie Stern, and Ragan Smith who combined for seven All-American honors a year ago. This season the trio has led the Sooners to a fifth place ranking in the most recent standings. Oklahoma boasts the nations second best bars lineup and the third best vault lineup. The Sooners also rank eighth on floor.

LAST MEET FOR OKLAHOMA
Oklahoma topped West Virginia, 195.850-194.775, on Sunday night at home. The Sooners posted their highest floor score of the season with a 49.375. OU added a 49.400 on bars and a 49.225 on vault to earn three team event titles on the night.

Anastasia Webb took home three event titles for the second week in a row earning the top marks on beam (9.875), floor (9.925) and the all-around. Sophomore Ragan Smith shared the floor title with Webb with a matching 9.925.
