Kopec and Popinko Score in Victory Over Hofstra

HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. - The Temple field hockey team defeated Hofstra 2-0 Friday afternoon to go 3-0 on the season. This is the second time this year that the Owls have earned a shutout and the first time since 2014 that the team has opened the season 3-0.

> Temple got on the board early, with Julianne Kopec scoring her third of the season at the seven-minute mark.
