Field Hockey Set for Two Exhibition Matches

PHILADELPHIA – Temple field hockey will open its 2022 slate with a pair of exhibition matches for a quick tune-up before the regular season.
The Owls will travel to Delaware to face the Blue Hens on Aug. 19 before returning to North Broad to host Monmouth on Aug. 21. Both games are set for 12 p.m. Delaware finished the 2021 season with an RPI of 18, while the Hawks finished at 20.
Temple will open the regular season on the road at Lafayette, facing the Leopards on Aug. 26 at 4 p.m. The Cherry and White will host Lehigh on Aug. 28 at 12 p.m. in the first of 11 home matches.
