Men's Basketball Looks to Rebound from First AAC Loss at Tulsa Tuesday

TULSA, Okla. - Temple men's basketball will look to get back to its winning ways when it heads to Tulsa to take on the Golden Hurricane Tuesday (8 pm/ESPN+/1210 AM WPHT).Â
 The Owls (9-8, 3-1 AAC) will attempt to win just their second game at Tulsa (4-10, 0-3) after breaking a seven-game road losing streak againt the Golden Hurricane last season.
SCOUTING TEMPLE
> Khalif Battle leads the team and ranks second in the American Athletic Conference in scoring (18.3 ppg) and has scored 20 points in a team-best eight games. He also leads the AAC in threes with 51 (3.0 pg) and is tied for 26th nationally.
> Damian Dunn ranks second on the team in scoring (14.5 ppg), assists (2.6) and second in field goal percentage (.438). He tallied a career-high 38 points, the most points by an Owl since 2004, against Vanderbilt. He leads the Owls (tied 35th in NCAA) in free throws made (74).
> Zach Hicks (9.2 ppg, 5.2 rpg), who leads the team in three-point shooting (40-108, .370/6th AAC) and Hysier Miller (8.5 ppg, 4.0 apg/t4th AAC) are the only two Owls to start all 17 games.
> Jahlil White (5.3 ppg, 5.3 rpg), the team's top perimeter defender, is averaging 9.5 points and 8.5 rebounds while shooting 16-of-28 (.571) from the field in conference play.
> Nick Jourdain (5.7 ppg, 3.9 rpg, 1.3 bpg.), who scored a season high 12 points against Cincinnati, has been on fire from the field of late, shooting 32-57 (56.1%) from the field over the last 12 games.
> Kur Jongkuch (1.4 ppg, 3.1 rpg) has started six games in place of injured big man Jamille Reynolds (11.1 ppg/6.3 rpg).
