Men's Basketball Holds "White Out" Game Against #3 Houston Sunday

2.5.23 | Men's Basketball

PHILADELPHIA - It will be a "White Out" environment in the Liacouras Center Sunday evening as Temple will look to sweep a Top 10 team for the first time in school history when the Owls host #3 Houston (6 pm/ESPN2/1210 AM WPHT).  The game is presented by Temple University Army ROTC.

It will also be a battle between the American Athletic Conference's top two teams as Temple (14-9, 8-2 AAC) currently is one game behind Houston (21-2, 9-1).

The Owls defeated then #1 Cougars, 56-55, in Houston on Jan. 22.  Damian Dunn led the way with 16 points as Temple defeated the nation's top team for just the third time in school history and the first since a 77-69 win at #1 Cincinnati on Feb. 20, 2000.
