Ospitale Named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

NEW YORK, N.Y. - Isabella Ospitale of the Temple field hockey team has been named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll for the week ending September 22 as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.Â
The junior from South Setaukey, N.Y. had a 1.00 goals against average in a pair of games this past week. She made a career-high five saves at No. 14 UConn on Friday and then earned her first career shutout in a 4-0 win against La Salle on Sunday. For the week, she had a .800 save percentage and her 1.54 GAA overall is second in the BIG EAST.Â
Temple returns to action on Friday, taking on No. 18 Old Dominion at noon before a 2:00 p.m. game on Sunday against No. 20 Monmouth.Â
