2012: Longstreth/NFHCA Division I All-Region Second Team for a second straight year...Atlantic 10 First Team honoree for a third straight year...Earned second A-10 All-Tournament Team honor...Named to the Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Team...Also named to the Atlantic 10 All-Academic Team...Named the PNC Female Student-Athlete of the Year at Temple's Annual Breakfast of Champions...Honored as a co-Defensive Most Valuable Player on the Team and also named the Anne Volp Field Hockey Scholar...Chosen to participate in the NFHCA Senior Game...Started in all 21 games...Led the team with 11 assists, also scoring seven goals for 25 total points (third on the team)...Recorded two game-winning goals...Scored the game-winning goal and tallied two assists in a 5-1 win over Radford (Oct. 6)...Also scored the game-winner vs. Colgate (Sept. 22)...Named to Temple's President's Honor Roll for a third straight year.

2010: Named to the Atlantic 10 First Team...Co-recipient of the team’s Hustle Award at the annual banquet...Started in all 21 games and ranked second on the team with seven goals...Also tallied two assists for 16 total points...Led the team and tied for fourth in the Atlantic 10 with three game-winning goals...Scored the game-winners in two of Temple's first three games of the season (vs. Fairfield and at Saint Francis), and also notched the game-winner as part of a three-goal effort at Saint Louis...Named to Temple's President's Honor Roll for having a GPA above 3.5.

2009: Played in 18 games for the Owls...Dished out only assist of the season in A-10 semifinal matchup against St. Joseph's...Registered three shots, one on goal...Named to TU’s Director’s Honor Roll...Trained with the New Jersey Junior High Performance Center Travel Squad in the summer of 2010.

High School: Tallied 17 goals and had eight assists in her senior season...Led her team the PIAA Final Four and a District 1 Championship...Named First Team All-State, Philadelphia Inquirer Honorable mention and First Team All-Daily News...During her junior campaign, she scored 22 goals en route to First Team All-State, First Team Philadelphia Inquirer and First Team All-Daily News honors...Member of the Malvern Wave club team that captured first place at the USFHA Festival in 2008...Played for Coach Maureen Polley, who earned her 500th career win during Katie's senior season.
