Most recently, Roth worked at Butler University as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. During the summer of 2015, Roth completed a professional internship with the University of San Francisco, assisting in all matters related to the weight room including cleaning, team warm-ups, core training and specific athlete workout modifications.

Roth has additional experience through Palo Verde High School as an athlete development teacher/coach as well as the junior varsity basketball coach and varsity assistant coach in 2012 and 2013. Roth, who started his collegiate career at the University of Northern Colorado where he was a walk-on wide receiver for the football team, has a CSCS certification through the NSCA.
