Abigail Goldberg joined the Temple Athletics staff as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach in July 2019. Goldberg’s primary responsibilities include working with the Olympic sports to design and implement strength and conditioning programs.
During the 2018 to 2019 school year, Goldberg worked at Georgetown University as an assistant sports performance coach with the softball, men’s crew, women’s golf, and swim and dive teams. During this time, Goldberg also worked at St. Stephen's & St. Agnes Upper School as an assistant strength and conditioning coach.
During the 2017 to 2018 school year, Goldberg worked at the University of Maryland College Park as an intern before becoming a part time strength and conditioning coach, working with cross country and women’s golf.
Goldberg graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology 2017 and graduated from Capella University with a master’s degree in sports psychology in 2020.
Goldberg has a CSCS certification through the NSCA and an SCCC certification through the SCCA.
