2018: Raced in six meets as a steady performer for Temple...Finished fourth at the Temple Invitational to help the Owls to their first team win...Earned 12th at the Army West Point Open to help the Cherry and White beat an Army squad that received votes in the national polls...Placed in the top 50 at the AAC Championship meet...Competed for the Owls in both the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional meet and IC4A Championships.
2017: Competed in seven races with the Owls...Earned his first career individual title at the Jack Saint Clair Memorial Invitational...Helped the Owls to a third-place finish at the American Athletic Conference Championship...Finished 14th overall at the IC4A Championship, helping the Owls to their first IC4A title...Ran a person best time of 25:06 in the 8K at the Princeton Invitational.
2016: Completed five races with the Owls…Ran a season best at the Rider Invitational with a time of 25:37.81.
2015: Ran a 28:10.0 in the Duquesne Duals, earning 48th place.
High School: Varsity letterwinner all four years for cross country and track at Winston Churchill High School…Tied the school record in the 5K as a senior (15:42) and also set the record for most sub-16 minute and sub-17 minute performances…Three-time Team MVP…Named to the All-Maryland Team as a sophomore and junior…Earned Montgomery County Freshman of the Year honors…Finished sixth in the freshman mile at the New Balance Outdoor Nationals to earn All-America honors…Set the county record for fastest mile and 5K by a freshman…Also earned three varsity letters in ice hockey.
Personal: Is majoring in political science at Temple with a minor in public relations, studying to become a lobbyist...Spent the summer of 2016 as an intern on Capitol Hill with Congressman David W. Jolly.
