500m Dash: 1:04.03 – Indoor IC4A Championships (Mar. 3, 2012)
800m Run: 2:01.81 – Monmouth Blue-White Invitational (Feb. 5, 2011)
2012 OUTDOOR: Member of the A-10 Conference 4x400m relay champions, who finished with a time of 3:12.34…Propelled Temple to a second place finish at the Maryland Invite (3/31) by helping the 4x400m relay squad take second place with an IC4A time of 3:17.17…Placed 13th in the 400 meter dash at the Larry Ellis Invite (4/22), running it in a time of 48.60…Member of the 4x400 meter relay squad that placed as the runner up in the event at the Penn Relays (4/27) with an IC4A qualifying time of 3:17.16…At A-10 Championships, tied for second place in the 400 meter, with a time of times of 47.98, which was quick enough to meet IC4A requirements… In day two of the A-10 championships (5/6), ran the 400m dash and set a personal best time of 47.66.
2011-12 INDOOR: Member of the 4x400 meter relay squad that took fifth place with a time of 3:23.17 at the Father Diamond Meet (1/7)… Placed fourth in his heat of the 500 meter dash for a solid 11th place finish overall at the Gotham Cup (1/13)… Finish time of 1:04.53 in his heat of the 500 meter dash placed him third overall and qualified for IC4A standards…At the IC4A Indoor Finals (3/3), ran the 500 meter run in a season-best time of 1:04.03, which was good enough for him to place first in his heat of the event and 15th overall.
2011 OUTDOOR: Placed fifth in the 4x800m relay with a time of 3:15.92 at the Colonial Relays...Took sixth in the 400m dash with a time of 48.71 at the Atlantic 10 Championships...Finished in fifth place in the 4x400m relay at the Father Diamond Meet...Placed fourth in his heat of the 500 meter dash for a solid 11th place finish overall at the NYC Gotham Cup
2010-11 INDOOR: Finished fourth in the 400m with a time of 50.06 at the Akron Opener...Placed seventh in the 500m with a time of 1:05.57 at Saturday Night at the Armory...Ran a time of 49.78 for third place in the 400m at the Navy Open...Turned in a sixth place finish in the 500m, running a time of 1:04.30 at the Penn State National Invite...Placed 19th with a time of 1:04.70 in the 500m at the IC4A Championships
HIGH SCHOOL: Helped his team to a Delaware DI State Championship during his senior outdoor season...Was named an NCIS All-American for the indoor 4x200m relay...As a member of the 4x200m, set a state record of 1:29.13...Also owns the school record for the 4x200m both indoor and outdoor...Named team MVP as a senior...Was All-State first team in the 4x200m, 4x100m and 4x400m as a senior...Named All-State indoor first team in the 400m dash as a junior.
