2013 OUTDOOR: Ran the 400m hurdles in a personal-best time of 55:58 in the preliminary round at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/4)...Went on to place seventh and earn points for the Owls in the finals of the event with a time of 57.59...Ran Temple’s best time of 53:68 at the 2013 Danny Curran Invitational (3/28) in the 400m.
2012-13 INDOOR: Finished the season with an 8:87 finish time in the 60m hurdles in the preliminary round at the Rutgers Tri-Meet (1/4).
HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner at North Penn High School...Team captain for both indoor and outdoor season as a senior...Member of 4x400 relay that placed fourth at the state meet, earning state honorable mention honors...All-league second team in 110 Hurdles...All-league third team in 300 Intermediate Hurdles...Team MVP for outdoor season...Member of the indoor 4x400 relay team as a senior that placed seventh at the state meet...Made it onto the school's all-time list for the 300 Hurdles with a time of 39.55, which is seventh on the list and was a personal record...As a junior, earned all-league honorable mention in the 110 Hurdles and all-league third team honors in the 300 Intermediate Hurdles...Also earned one varsity letter in basketball.
