2012 OUTDOOR: Led the Owls and all runners in the 200 meter dash with his time 21.86 at the Maryland Invite (3/31)…Crossed the finish line of the 200 meter hurdles in 21.98 for 14th place at the Larry Ellis Invite (4/22)…Led the Owls to an IC4A qualifying time of 3:17.16 and second place finish in the 4x400m relay at the Penn Relays (4/27)…Completed the 200m dash at A-10 Championships (2/18) in 22.07.
2011-12 INDOOR: First place finish in the 55 meter run at the Jack Pyrah Invitational (12/3)…Posted season-best time in the 400m dash at the A-10 Championships (2/17) with a time of 50.07.
2011 OUTDOOR: Finished fourth in the 400m dash with a time of 48.42 at the Atlantic 10 Championships...Won the 4x100m relay race with a time of 41.29 at the Penn Relays... placed third in the 4x200m relay at the Colonial Relays...Placed third in the 200m dash with a time of 22.68 at the Philadelphia Big 5 Meet...Took second in the 200m dash at the Monmouth Invitational with a time of 22.97...Part of the men’s distance relay team that broke the school record with a time of 9:57.58.
2010-11 INDOOR: Teamed up to form the 'A' squad for the Owls in the 4x400 meter relay and finished fifth in the Father Diamond meet...Placed first in the 55m run at the Jack Pyrah Invitational...Also took third in the 300m dash at the Jack Pyrah Invitational...Finished fourth in the 400m dash with a time of 48.42 at the Atlantic 10 Championships.
