2019-20 Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Owls this season... Represented Temple in the horizontal jumps at the 2020 American Athletic Conference Indoor Championships... Jumped a PR of 11.66m in the triple jump at the championship meet... Earned a season's best mark of 5.43m in the long jump at the Penn 8-Team Select... Took Bronze in the long jump at the Fast Track Season Opener.
2019 Outdoor: Posted the best mark in the long jump for the Owls this season at the Rider Invite, when she finished second with a mark of 5.63m…Medaled in triple jump at the 125th Penn Relays with a mark of 11.77m…Hit a college PR of 11.82m in the triple jump at the AAC Outdoor Championships.
2018-19 Indoor: Finished second in the 60m at the Lehigh Season Opener…Also earned second in the triple jump in the first meet of the season…Was runner-up in the long jump at the Seahawk Shootout…Represented the Owls in the long jump at the AAC Indoor Championships.
2018 Outdoor: Represented the Owls in five meets this season... Competed in the long jump and triple jump at the AAC Championships.
2017-18 Indoor: Competed in seven meets for the Owls this season...Placed fourth in the high jump with a personal best mark of 1.43m at Princeton...Jumped her best of the season at Navy clearing at 5.62m in the long jump, earning her second place.
High School: Broke the Bowie triple jump record with a mark of 39-05 and was named the Outdoor State Champion in the event in 2017…As a senior placed second in outdoor states in the long jump and aided the Bowie 4x200 team to first place…With club team Vision Elite, competed in both the triple and long jump at AAU districts and Region 3 Championships, taking home the individual title at each
