Aimee Cicero, in her fourth year at Temple, was promoted to Associate Director of Sports Media Relations in August, 2008. She is responsible for the media relations of the University[apos]s women[apos]s basketball, women[apos]s lacrosse, women[apos]s soccer and volleyball programs.
The Lansdowne, PA native (Penn Wood HS) came to the Temple after serving two years on the sports media relations staff at Drexel University, where she earned a master[apos]s degree in public communications in 2004.
A 2001 graduate of American University, Cicero also worked on the Eagles[apos] staff as a student assistant before serving one year on the media relations staff at Georgetown University. Her 2007-08 Temple women[apos]s basketball media guide earned Best Cover in the Nation, as did her 2006 field hockey media guide.
