2012 OUTDOOR: At the Big 5 Invite (3/24) took part in the hammer throw, where he had the second farthest throw in the event with a distance of 48.21 …In the same meet, competed in the discus throw, which he led the Owls with a toss of 42.91 meters for third place overall… Earned a strong finish in the hammer throw at the Patriot Open Invite (4/14) with his toss that went 46.57 meters…Also competed in the discus throw at the Patriot Open Invite, where he ended up taking sixth place spot of 45.74 meters… Mark of 159'8” in the discus throw was worth first place, yielding to the event title at the Widener Invite (4/21)… Earned 28th with a mark of 45.23 meters (148'4") in the discus throw at Penn Relays (4/27)… Throw of 49.06 meters earned him sixth place in the hammer throw at A-10 Championships (5/5)…Placed fifth with a throw of 47.20 meters in the shot put at A-10 Championships (5/6)
2011-12 INDOOR: Nabbed sixth place at the A-10 Championships with his throw distance of 14.55 meters (47 feet, 9 inches)… Mark of 42 feet, 2.25 inch in the shot put at the A-10 Championships earned him seventh place.
2011 OUTDOOR: Took first in the discus at the Philadelphia Big 5 Meet...Placed 10th in the shot put at the Rutgers Invitational...Finished eighth with a heave of 148-08 in the hammer throw at the Greyhound Invitational...Took fourth in the hammer with a toss of 151-08 at the Princeton Invitational...Third place finish in the discus, going 150-09 at the Atlantic 10 Championships
2010-11 INDOOR: Posted a seventh place finish in the shot put with a toss of 40-09.50, and a like finish in the weight throw with a distance of 41-10.00 at the Widener Invite...Took sixth with a heave of 45-01.50 at the Monmouth Invitational...Landed a heave of 151-8 to place second in the hammer throw at the Richard Stockton Invitational.
2010 OUTDOOR: Placed second in the discus throw with a distance of 43.67m at the Villanova Invite…Also, owned the shot put with a day’s best toss of 49-07.25 at the Villanova Invite…Tossed 43.67m in the discus throw for third place at the Colonial Relays…Took sixth place in discus throw with a toss of 45.37m and finished 11th in the hammer throw with a distance of 43.98m at the Lou Onesty Invitational…Threw 44.10m in the discus for third place at the Lions Invitational…Placed ninth in shot put with a distance of 13.03m and recorded 12th place in the discus throw with a toss of 36.35m at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship.
2009-10 INDOOR: Finished seventh in the weight throw of 13.12m at the Jack Pyrah Invitational…Captured first place in shot put with a distance of 11.32m at the College Saturday Night at the Armory…Also, placed16th in the weight throw with a toss of 12.89m at the College Saturday Night at the Armory…Threw 11.44m in the shot put for seventh place at the Navy Quad-Meet… Finished 10th in shot put clearing a distance of 11.32m at the Atlantic 10 Championship.
2009 OUTDOOR: Won the discuss with a throw of 41.02m at La Salle...Finished fifth in discuss (42.21m) and 17th in shot put (12.62m) at Lions' Invitational...Claimed eighth in discuss with a throw of 44.91m at the A-10 Championships.
