2012 OUTDOOR: Ran the 110m hurdles the Big 5 Invitational (3/24) in 17.74 for a season-best time…Earned a season-best mark in the discus throw at the same meet with a throw distance of 30.79m (101-00)…Set a season-best mark in the javelin throw (41.65m; 136-08) at the Maryland Invitational (3/31).
2011-12 INDOOR: In the high jump at the Gotham Cup, landed a mark of 1.86 meters to place 11th…At the Penn State National Open (1/27) represented the Owls in the heptathlon, where he took eighth place overall… In the meet had his best finish in the shot put where he placed second with a distance of 11.41 meters…On Day 2 of the Penn State National Open (1/28) placed 7th overall in the heptathlon, compliments of seventh place finishes in the 60 meter hurdles (9.36) and the 1000 meter run (2:52.08) before rounding out the events with a ninth place finish on the pole vault (3.25 meters)…Took part in the heptathlon at A-10 Championships (2/17), placing sixth overall due to earning sixth place finishes in the 60 meter dash, long jump, shot put and the high jump.
High School: At the GMC Individual, placed third in triple jump and third PU... As a junior, at the GMC Individual was the triple jump champion and qualified for the high jump and triple jump for states....As a freshman, GMC relay high jump champions and came in fifth for the individual high jump...Qualified for states in the high jump.
