2012 OUTDOOR: Member of the A-10 Conference 4x400m relay champions, who finished with a time of 3:12.34…Selected to the Atlantic 10 Conference Academic All-Conference team…Ran a sixth place time of 1:54.88 in the 800m run at the Big 5 Invite (3/24)…At the Florida Relays (4/6) ran the 800m run in 1:52.54…Had a 15th place finish in the elite 800 meter run with a time of 1:51.54 at the Larry Ellis Invite (4/20)…At A-10 Championship prelims, ran the 800 meter run in 1:51.65 to attain fourth place and helped form the 4x800 meter relay squad for Temple, as it captured a fifth place finish time of 7:39.13… Represented the Owls in the final of the 800 meter run at A-10 Championships and completed with a solid time of 1:50.96 to set a new personal best, while earning points for his team with a third place ranking.

2010 OUTDOOR: Finished fifth in the 400m dash with a time of 50.04 at the Villanova Invite…Part of the distance medley that finished first with a time of 10:16.76 at the Colonial Relays…Clocked in a time of 1:53.61 in the 800m run for second place at the Lou Onesty Invitational…Member of the 4X400m relay team that ran a time of 3:20.50 to place fifth at the Penn Relays…Placed 25th in the 4x800m relay with a time of 7:47.23 at the Lions Invitational…Ran a time 1:52.63 for a seventh place finish in the 800m run at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championship…Also, part of the 4x400m relay team that ran a time of 3:15.91 for 22nd place at the IC4A Championship…Name to Temple Athletic Director’s Honor Roll.

2008 OUTDOOR: Finished ninth in the 200m and tenth in the 400m at Lions Invitational.
2007-2008 INDOOR: Finished sixth in the 500m with a time of 1:08.06 at the Delaware Invitational... Finished second at the Bucknell Winter Classic in the 500m with a time of 1:07.61 and also finished fourth as part of the 4x400 relay ... Season best at the NYU FastTrack in the 500m with a twelfth place finish in a time of 1:07.12 ... Competed in the Men's Distance Medley Relay at A-10s.
HIGH SCHOOL: Ran personal bests of 52.2 in the 400m and 23.1 in the 200m...Also earned four letters in soccer.
