2010 OUTDOOR: Captured second place in the javelin throw with a distance of 56.98m at the Villanova Invite...Placed fifth in the javelin throw with a toss of 57.59 at the Lou Onesty Invitational.

2009 OUTDOOR: Took fifth in javelin with a throw of 175-09 at Penn Invitational...Finished second and qualified for IC4A's in javelin (200-00) at Greyhound Invitational...Captured the javelin title and qualified for the NCAA Regional Championships at the A-10 Championships with a throw of 60.32m.
HIGH SCHOOL: First team all-Southeastern Pennsylvania and first team all-league as a senior...Two-time district javelin champion...school record-holder in javelin (210 -10)...Helped lead Methacton to the league championship as a senior.
