2011-12 INDOOR: Posted season-best times in the 500m dash (1:12.01) and in the 55m hurdles (8.69) at the Al Deschriver Invite (2/4)…Ran the 60m hurdles in 9.21 at the Gotham Cup, yielding to a season-best time…Completed the 400m dash in 55.97 at the Father Diamond Invitational, setting his quickest time on the year.
HIGH SCHOOL: Named captain of indoor and outdoor team as a junior and senior… Received Bergen County Coaches Award for multi-sport athlete…Bergen Team of the Year for indoor…County Relay Champions in outdoor… First team All-Conference as a junior…County champion in 110m hurdles…. Set the school shuttle relay record of 1:04.7 as a sophomore…Freshman team MVP…Also lettered in football, leading his team as quarterback to win the state championship.
