Field Hockey Falls 2-0 On A Rain Soaked Sunday

PHILADELPHIA - On a rainy Sunday afternoon, the Temple field hockey team fell 2-0 to Liberty after holding the Flames to a season-low in goals for the second-straight game. With the loss, the Owls fall to 1-4 (0-4 BIG EAST) while the Flames improve to 5-0 (4-0 BIG EAST).
Recapping the Game
> Liberty went up early, scoring in the third minute of the game.Â
> Temple had two chances to find the equalizer in the second quarter, putting two shots on target that were kept out of the net by the Flame defense.
