2009-10 INDOOR: Finished 10th with a time of 8.56 in the 55m hurdles at the Jack Pyrah Invitational…Clocked in a time of 1:08.73 in the 500m dash for sixth place and part of the 4x400m relay team that finished 10th…Also, tossed a distance of 10.93m in shot put for eighth place and took seventh place in the long jump with a distance of 5.97m at the Jack Pyrah Invitational…Ran a time of 9:24 in the 60m hurdles for fifth place at the College Saturday Night at the Armory… Also, finished seventh with a high jump of 1.89m at the College Saturday Night at the Armory…Finished in a time of 50.58 for eighth place in the 400m dash at the Navy Quad-Meet…Scored 4770 points in the heptathlon, placed second in the 1000m run with a time of 2:43.32 and ran a time of 8.35 in the 55m hurdles for fifth place at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship…Member of the 4x400m relay team that recorded a time of 3:18.70 at the IC4A Championship.
2009 OUTDOOR: Took second in the decathlon at the A-10 Championships.
2008-2009 INDOOR: Finished eighth in both the 55m dash (6.94) and 55m hurdles (8.88) at Bison Multi Meet.
2008 OUTDOOR: Finished sixth in the heptathlon at the Bucknell Classic...Placed third in the decathlon at the Atlantic 10 Championships.
2007-2008 INDOOR: Finished second in the heptathlon at the Bison Open with 4409 points.
2007 OUTDOOR: Finished fourth at A-10s in the Decathlon with 5734 points...Season bests of 5-9 in the high jump at the Monmouth Invitational, 50.93 in the 400m at the Larry Ellis Invitational, and 2:08.41 in the 800m at the Terrapin Invitational.
2006-07 INDOOR: Finished seventh at A-10s in the high jump with a jump of 6-1...Recorded a personal best 1:10.63 in the 500m at the Gotham Cup.
HIGH SCHOOL: District qualifier in the indoor 600m, high jump and 55m hurdles...District qualifier in the outdoor 400m, 110m hurdles, 330m hurdles, high jump and triple jump...Finished fourth at districts in the decathlon...Also district qualifier in cross country.
