2009-10 INDOOR: Ran a time of 8:48.76 for a seventh place finish in the 3000m run at the Navy Quad-Meet…Posted 21st place in the 3000m run with a time of 8:56.00 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championship.
2009 OUTDOOR: Came away with a first place finish with a 15.23.05 in the 5000m at Danny Curran Invitational.
2008 INDOOR: Competed in the 800m at the Towson Invitation with a time of 2:09.66.
2007-2008 INDOOR: Took fifth at the Delaware Invitational in the 5k with a time of 15:58.86... Ran the mile at the Gotham Cup in a time of 4:41.96... Ran a season-best time of 9:09 in the 3000m at the Great Dane Classic ...Competed in the 3000m run at A-10s in a time of 9:16.66.
HIGH SCHOOL: All-conference selection...Finished 20th in the state in cross country (5k, 16:24)...Set personal bests of 4:31 in the mile and 9:44 in the two mile.
