2009 OUTDOOR: Finished with a 56.54 in 400m hurdles at the A-10 Championships.
2008-2009 INDOOR: Claimed third in the 60m hurdles (8.92) at the Thompson Invitational.
HIGH SCHOOL: All-conference and all-state in the 400m hurdles...Team captain that helped lead Highland Regional to the conference championship...Finished sixth in the state in the 400m hurdles (55.1)...Member of nationally ranked 4x400 team...Two-time letterwinner in soccer.
