2007-2008 Indoor: Finished first for the owls at the Princeton Invitational in the 3000m in a time of 8:59.26...Won the 3000m in a time of 9:03.09 at the Delaware Invitational... Ran a personal-best time of 8:47.77 in the 3000m at the New Balance Invitational... Competed in both the 3000m and the 5000m at A-10s.
2007 Outdoor: 15th place finisher at A-10s in the 10000m with a time of 33:13.50...Ran a team-best and season-best time of 4:11.41 in the 1500m at the Monmouth Invitational...Recorded a season-best time of 15:36.71 in the 5000m at the Terrapin Invitational.
2006-07 Indoor: Finished 13th at A-10s in the 5000m with a time of 15:47.27... Set the Temple school record in the 3000m with a 9:10.34 at the Gotham Cup...Team[apos]s top finisher for the season in the 3000m (9:10.34 - Gotham Cup) and 5000m (15:33.32 - Terrier Classic).
2006 Cross Country: Competed in six events...Team[apos]s top finisher in final three events of the season (Delaware Invitational, Atlantic 10 Championship, IC4A Championship)...185th place of 276 at Paul Short Invitational (9/29, 8k, 26:40)...11th place of 115 at Delaware Invitational (10/14, 8k, 27:01.91)...43rd place of 146 at Atlantic 10 Championship (10/28, 8k, 26:51.30)...34th place of 165 at IC4A Championships (11/18, 8k, 27:09.8).
2005 Cross Country: Temple[apos]s top runner in all four meets...Placed 95th at Atlantic 10 Championships (27:32.8)...Was 17th at Delaware (28:05.31) and 10th at Monmouth (30:10)...Started career with 59th place finish at Haverford (21:59.30).
