2007 Outdoor: Team captain...Season-high finish of seventh place in the 400m at the TCNJ Invitational (51.34)...Member of 4x400 relay that finished sixth at A-10s (3:22.93)...Personal bests of 12.01 in the 100mh at the Larry Ellis Invitational, 24.13 in the 200m at Monmouth Invitational, and 50.88 in the 400m at Rider Invitational.
2006-07 Indoor: Team captain...Placed 13th at A-10s in the 500m with a time of 1:08.52...Part of the 4x400 relay team that finished fifth at A-10s with a time of 3:22.80...Had a season-best 37.23 in the 300m at the Princeton New Year[apos]s Invitational...Fifth place finish in the 400m at the Ursinus Open with a time of 52.12.
2006 Outdoor: Finished 15th in the 400m at A-10s (51.66)...Time was a personal best in the 400m...Also ran in the 4x400 relay, helping Temple finish fourth at A-10s (3:22.68)...Also ran the 200m, posting a personal best time of 23.97 at Duke.
2005-06 Indoor: Finished 12th in the 400m at A-10s (52.38)...Also ran lead leg of 4x400 to lead team to 7th at A-10s (3:29.00)...Primarily ran the 500m, finishing with a personal best of 1:08.58 to finish 36th at Bucknell.
High School: Set personal bests in the 400m (50.2) and 400m hurdles (56.56)...Two-time team captain in track...Three-time All-Catholic League selection in football.
Personal: Majoring in risk management and insurance.
