Indoor 2007-2008: Finished ninth at the Great Dane Classic in the 55m hurdles with a season-best time of 7.96... Took second in the triple jump (41-10 ¾) and fourth in the 60m hurdles (8.75) at the Delaware Invitational... Finished twentieth at the Gotham Cup in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.63.
2007 Outdoor: Finished tenth at A-10s in the 400m hurdles with a time of 56.45...Placed ninth in the triple jump at A-10s with a distance of 42-8...Only Temple athlete to finish in the top ten in one track and one field event at A-10s...Posted a season-best 43-4 in the triple jump at the TCNJ Invitational.
2006-07 Indoor: Recorded a season-best of 38.57 in the 300m at the Princeton New Year[apos]s Invitational...
High School: Indoor state champion in the 55m hurdles...Also was county and regional champion in the indoor 55m hurdles...Won region, division and county in the 100m hurdles and triple jump.
